Refund policy
We have a 30-day return period, which means that you have 30 days after
purchase of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it
condition in which you received it, ideally unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

contact us via contact formulary. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

In the event of the return process (if applicable), the seller shall refund to the consumer the consumer all payments received from him, with the exception of the cost of delivery of the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 10 working days after the day on which the seller has received the refund package.
