We ship to almost every country in europe within a few days.
What are the delivery times?
Processing time: Orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process.
Delivery time: Once processed, delivery usually takes 5 to 11 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders over 50 Euro and charge 3.95 Euro for orders under 50 Euro. With your purchase from us, all possible costs, such as customs or taxes, are already included, so there are no additional costs for you.
HOW WE SHIP EFFICIENTLY AROUND THE WORLD ♻️
Our products are manufactured under fair conditions and in compliance with all standards by our trusted partners in China and are subject to the strictest controls during production to ensure both the quality and safety of our products.
In order to ship products worldwide, containers usually have to be sent around the world on large cargo ships to be trucked to large warehouses from where they are distributed to customers. This is not very efficient and certainly not environmentally friendly. Therefore, this method was never an option for us at WLOOM. We only move goods that need to be moved. And we move them as short and therefore as environmentally friendly as possible. We achieve this through a process we call "stowage recovery". And this is how it works:
Stowage Recovery
Our main warehouse is located in the same region where our goods are manufactured. Almost every order is processed here. Within a few hours on working days we make your order ready for shipping and then hand it over to our shipping service provider.
This shipping service provider now looks for available free storage space on already chartered flights flying to the customer's country. This can also be in the cargo hold of a passenger aircraft.
This way we can ship very quickly all over the world, plus it makes each flight more efficient and environmentally friendly instead of sending additional cargo planes or cargo ships on their way.
It is important to us to be as transparent as possible to our customers, which is why we are open about our practice.
